Hart The $3.6M-revenue Construction Specifications Institute has hired Velma Hart as COO for both the Institute and the CSI Foundation, starting in May. Hart is currently CFO of the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation and was previously CFO of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. She is also an ASAE Fellow and was chair of the ASAE board of directors for 2009-2010.
